Refund policy

While we always do our best to make our customers 100% happy with their purchases, we understand that things don’t always go according to plan. If you’re less than satisfied with your product, you may reach out to our team for a refund or replacement.

Please note that we can only process a refund or replacement on the following conditions:

✓ The product(s) is damaged, with the damage having occurred prior to delivery

✓ The item(s) is defective

✓ The product(s) was lost on their way to you, with the fault being Hypuff’s

✓ The product(s) must be returned in its original condition in the original packaging

Should you wish to process a replacement or refund, please contact us at contact@hypuff.com within 30 days of receiving your delivery. After this period, no refunds or returns will be processable.

When sending your refund and return request, please include your:

✓ Full name

✓ Order number

✓ Email address

✓ Detailed explanation of the problem/defect

✓ A high-quality photo or video showing the defect
